In 1996, Jeff Barcy began his career in banking with the office of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He started as an Associate. He subsequently worked his way up over the course of nine years to become a Director in the firm’s investment banking office.

While at DLJ he worked on $20 billion of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers & acquisitions (M&A’s), and equity and monetary debt financings for a broad array of companies.
