He raised more than $20 billion in capital for private real estate companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), homebuilders and developers by way of a combination of private placements, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, loans, senior and subordinated notes, as well as CMBS deals.
