From October 2005 to October 2007, Jeff Barcy was Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Director at Hearthstone. He created the Landstone division and assisted in managing an organization of 75 people and 125 active real estate projects nationwide.

He was a Senior Officer at Hearthstone – a large institutional investor in real estate. Hearthstone has $2 billion of assets under management. At the firm, Mr. Barcy transformed a new business from a $150M start-up to a $1 billion fund. In addition, he completed $500M of investments.
