Jeff Barcy is a Harvard Business School graduate and he attained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the school from 1994 to 1996. At Harvard University, he achieved his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with High Honors, English and American Literature.

He attended Harvard University from 1987 to 1991. Upon graduating from Harvard in 1991, he spent three years working on Wall Street as well as in Los Angeles, California as an investment banker.

From October 2005 to October 2007 (2 years and 1 month), Jeff Barcy was Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Director at Hearthstone. He created the Landstone division and helped manage an organization of 75 people and 125 active real estate projects nationwide.

At Hearthstone, a large institutional investor in real estate, he was a Senior Officer. Hearthstone has $2 billion of assets under management. At the firm, Mr. Barcy transformed a new business from a $150 million start-up to a $1 billion fund. Moreover, he completed $500M of investments.

Jeff Barcy’s experience includes three years at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., where he was a Managing Director. His experience includes more than two decades on Wall Street and in real estate private equity.

He raised more than $20 billion in capital for private real estate companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), homebuilders and developers by way of a combination of private placements, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, loans, senior and subordinated notes, as well as CMBS deals.
